John McGuinness TD says Robert Watts falls short of expected behaviour of someone in his position

On Wednesday 19 April 2023 Department of Health secretary general Robert Watt appeared before the Oireachtas Finance Committee chaired by Deputy John McGuinness to face questions for over two hours on his role in the botched secondment of Tony Holohan to Trinity College.
